ReplyDeleteSo far, the highlight of my summer is going home to visit my family for two weeks and spending every single minute with my 18-month old nephew. I even taught him a new word--ZING!--which he now uses with aplomb.

We recently visited Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons and had a wonderful time. We were able to see black bear with cubs, a grizzly bear, lots of buffalo, elk, moose and many other wildlife animals. Old Faithful was beautiful.

ReplyDeleteSo far the highlight of my summer is that my husband has done some things for me in my sewing corner. My bias binding is now all hanging on a bar, my fabrics are in drawers, the ironing board hangs on the wall and the iron is within reach. What a man what a man what a mighty good man!

My summer Highlight doesn't arrive till August, and it is the same every year, One month off of work to go ride the motorcycle to Sturgis and then tour around any where we choose between there and Portland....FREEDOM!!
